Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products or items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
