Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer standard and expedited shipping across Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Masa Peak is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
